SpinOlution Dealer Agreement
Effective May 1, 2025
SpinOlution appoints each dealer as a non-exclusive authorized reseller of SpinOlution products. Each dealer agrees to promote, sell, and support SpinOlution products in accordance with this Agreement and SpinOlution's policies.
Dealer Types
SpinOlution recognizes two types of dealerships:
Brand Ambassadors: Social media “influencer” spinners who incorporate SpinOlution products into their small business in the fiber arts community, family farms, yarn stores, or other small businesses making between $500 and $4999 in SpinOlution sales per year. Brand Ambassadors receive a 5% commission on SpinOlution products, may refer customers directly to hello@spinolution.com for technical support or user difficulties, own two or more SpinOlution wheels, and meet a $500 annual sales requirement. Brand Ambassadors who make over $5000 a year may apply to be a wholesale dealer.
Wholesale: Larger fiber arts businesses including brick and mortar yarn shops, craft stores, small businesses and online influencers making over $5000 in sales of SpinOlution products per year. Wholesale dealers receive a 28% commission on SpinOlution products, own three or more SpinOlution wheels, are expected to be knowledgeable and experienced enough to assist customers in some technical troubleshooting of repairing spinning wheels before referring customers directly to hello@spinolution.com for technical support or user difficulties, and are advertised on the “Find a Dealer” page on the SpinOlution website.
Top Tier Dealers: Established SpinOlution Dealers with an excellent customer service record who make over $10,000 in sales per year are listed on our website Find a Dealer page as a Top Tier Dealer. If there is no dealer in a customer’s state, they are encouraged to purchase from a Top Tier dealer.
SpinOlution commission rates are somewhat lower than other brands in the industry due to SpinOlution wheels being assembled and finished before shipment, with only minor assembly required by the customer.
To qualify as a Wholesale DEALER:
Wholesale dealers serve their local communities, and therefore must be 40 miles away from other wholesale dealers.
Wholesale dealers must purchase or already own a minimum of three different models of SpinOlution spinning wheels including a package deal.
Wholesale dealers must make over $5000 msrp per year to keep their 28% commission rate and territory.
Wholesale dealers are listed on the SpinOlution “Find a Dealer” page on our website.
Brand Ambassadors who make over $5000 msrp per year can apply for and be considered for a wholesale dealership role as long as they meet all other wholesale criteria.
Wholesaler dealers are required to have either a Brick and Mortar Storefront and / or well established online presence with established social media following.
TO QUALIFY as a Brand Ambassador:
Brand Ambassadors are not required to be 40 miles away from other dealers, as they are not advertised on the SpinOlution website and primarily do business online thru their own marketing and local networking.
Brand Ambassadors must purchase or own a minimum of two SpinOlution wheels.
Brand Ambassadors must make over $500 msrp per year to keep their 5% commission rate.
Expected to be active in their local fiber arts community (family farm, fiber arts educator, small business owner) or a well established online presence.
Wholesalers who do not make $5000 msrp per year will be given a role as a Brand Ambassador.
We are willing to give a grace period for small businesses who are not able to make their msrp minimum in a year due to unforeseen circumstances. Please contact us if you are a current dealer and have been unable to make the required sales per year and we will be happy to discuss what is fair.
Pricing and Orders
OrderSpinOlution.com is password protected and only accessible to dealers. Pricing on this website reflects current MSRP and dealers will receive an individual commission code to use on their orders to discount the order to wholesale (28%) or ambassador (5%) pricing.
Dealer commission codes remain the same if/when the commission structure changes due to sales volume. For example, if you start as a Dealer with a 28% commission code, and are unable to sell $5000 msrp in a year, your code will give a 5% commission the following year.
If you cannot find your commission code please email hello@spinolution.com with your dealership information and your code will be given to you.
Worldwide shipping can be calculated on OrderSpinOlution.com for cost estimates.
Customers are responsible for paying import fees and duties.
International dealers are responsible for including import fees and costs on their sales, and having all the international paperwork required to efficiently deliver SpinOlution products to their customers.

Orders are subject to SpinOlution's current shipping timelines, as posted on OrderSpinOlution.com with potential delays during peak seasons
1-Year Warranty
A 1-year warranty covers all spinning wheels and parts, excluding wear parts such as tension blocks, flyer pegs, and drive bands, etc.

Return / EXCHANGE Policy
SpinOlution offers a 30-day return policy on new wheels shipped from SpinOlution directly to retail customers.
SpinOlution’s 30 day return policy does not apply to dealer inventory. The 30 day policy applies to retail customers on current model wheels only.
Retail customers must contact their dealer within 30 days of delivery date to initiate a return/exchange.
Retail customers who purchase a wheel directly from a dealer’s inventory may return or exchange the wheel with the dealer within 30 days.
Retail customers are responsible for shipping returns to: SpinOlution Returns 1247 S Buena Vista St STE C, San Jacinto, CA 92583.
ORDER ERROR Policy
If a dealer orders incompatible product for a retail customer (ex: the wrong size bobbin or drive band), the dealer is responsible for paying the shipping needed to exchange the incompatible part to SpinOlution and SpinOlution will pay to ship the compatible part to the retail customer.
Refund Policy
After product is received at SpinOlution Returns and approved for a refund, SpinOlution will refund the dealer thru their original form of payment, the dealer will refund the customer the full price originally paid.
Dealers are responsible for processing refunds within 3 business days of receiving an order refund from SpinOlution.
If a dealer refuses to process a refund, including their commission, the dealer will be terminated immediately.
Dealer Responsibilities AND COMPLIANCE
Dealer agrees to:
Provide basic maintenance support and guidance to customers as they are able.
Direct customers to SpinOlution for major repairs or updates if they are unsure how to resolve an issue.
Process refunds on returns within 3 business days of receiving a refund from SpinOlution.
Accurately communicate policies to customers to prevent customer service issues.
Update their own websites with current product photos, descriptions, etc., and new information if applicable.
Place orders within 3 business days of customer payment.
Provide consistently excellent customer service, clear communication, and brand representation.
Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations related to the sale of SpinOlution products in their state.
DEALER Termination
SpinOlution reserves the right to end a sales relationship with a dealer or an affiliate if they decide to use their fiber art business related social media accounts and presence for hostile messaging, unprofessional behavior or representation, unapproved discounting or undermining pricing, inflammatory language (including inflammatory political and religious opinions), sexually explicit content, disturbing and aggressive content, and divisive online behavior that we do not want associated with our brand.
A dealer may terminate their dealership at anytime with written notice. Upon termination, Dealer agrees to cease representing themselves as an authorized SpinOlution dealer and to discontinue use of SpinOlution trademarks and materials. Dealers who make less than $500 in sales will be considered inactive and will no longer have access to a commission discount code.
