It is our goal that your order(s) get to you safely. Every shipment is fully insured and our packaging meets the claim requirements of FedEx/USPS. Here is how to proceed with replacing items damaged in shipment.

Please email the following to your dealer:

  1. Photos of the damage
  2. Photos of the packaging
  3. Photos of the exterior of the box
  4. Any additional information that we may need to know.

Your dealer will send this to us to begin the claims process. We will communicate as we receive updates to resolve your order.
